I wanted to add that this new workforce is especially encouraged by freedom in the workplace. When they are able to feel empowered and un-micromanaged they realize that their success or failure is dependent on their ability to ask for help while performing their best. They should however still be held accountable for their actions. I predict that the businesses that can hire and unleash this new generation(which is plentiful) will be able to not only dominate the competition but change the world. Most of this new workforce inst looking to make money or have fame, but make a difference and feel connected while having fun.
